Once there, on the left side of the drop down it will say 'Parent Passcode'. This is where you will enter your individual teams passcode listed down below. From there you will be able to individually book your rooms as normal.

Each team receives one Guest Entry Pass invitation link for the number of players on its roster up to 12 

  • Invitation links sent to the team by email to the address in the team account 
  • Sent when the Coach submits a valid roster through TM2Sign’s online team check-in – see the process below*

* To check-in Online, you must log in to the team’s TM2 account, scroll down to “Crossroads Qualifier/May events”, find the team you wish to check-in, and click on the purple button labeled "Check-In Online".  The purple check-in button will only show up after Noon on Sunday, May 2 for the May 7-9weekend or after Noon, MDT on Sunday, May 9 for the 14-16 weekend.

Guest receives an emailed QR code confirming payment of registration fee

  • The QR confirmation code must be redeemed for an Entry Pass – see redeem process below*

*Redeem Process

Bring the confirmation code you receive after registering (printed or on your phone) to Lobby B at the Colorado Convention Center – along the Welton Street side of the Center

  • Guests may redeem:
    • Thurs May 6 for the May 7-9 tournament (highly recommended!!), or 
    • Thurs May 13 for the May 14-16 tournament between 2 pm MDT and 7 PM MDT (highly recommended!!) or
    • Fri May 7 or Fri May 14 from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or
    • Sat May 8 or Sat May 15 from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
      • No Sunday redemption hours
      • No redemption for May 14-16 event before May 13
  • Each Guest must redeem in person and get their picture taken
    • Each Guest must submit a printed COVID test result or acceptable proof of qualifying waiver to obtain an Entry Pass
    • (Each Guest must also have a daily COVID symptom screening and receive a daily sticker on the Entry Pass. There is a Daily COVID Screening station in the main lobby of the building.
    • Daily COVID Screening form 
    •  Print 4 copies and bring them to Denver.  Fill out, sign and date one copy each day to present at the screening station

Guests 

Each team may have up to 1 Guest per athlete  

  • Guests must be 16 years old or older

Each Guest must register online only at Guest Registration in TM2Sign

  • Guest Registration will open closer to the tournament - watch our Daily Updates for more information as it becomes available
  • Guest must obtain a link to register from the team coach or club director
    • Each link allows one person to register in TM2Sign
    • Each link is attached to the specific team that issued it - it is not valid for other teams, even in the same club
    • Cost is $45 for a one-weekend Entry Credential
      • No single day Entry Credentials available
      • Cannot transfer Guest Entry Credential to another person after it is scanned for the first time

Each Guest must have a negative test for COVID within 5 days prior to arrival - PCR or Rapid

  • Waive test if completely vaccinated or diagnosed with COVID within 90 days of start of tournament
    • Must have proof of either vaccination or diagnosed test

Each Guest must redeem a QR code from the Guest Registration program to obtain an Entry Credential

  • The code is sent to an individual Guest via email
  • The desk for redeeming QR codes will be located in Lobby B of the Convention Center 
  • Each Guest may redeem the QR code to obtain an Entry Credential only on Thurs (2 PM - 7 PM) or Fri (6:45 AM - 5 PM) of the appropriate weekend (no Entry Credentials for May 14-16 weekend issued before May 13)
    • Each Guest must redeem the QR code in person

Each Guest must be symptom screened each day to have the Entry Credential updated

  • Entry Credential must be worn and easily visible at all times 
  • A different sticker will be issued each day after successful symptom screening
  • Entry Credentials will be scanned with each entry to the court area

Testing

All team members (adults and players), guests, and staff must provide printed proof of either:

  • A negative test for COVID (PCR or Rapid) taken no earlier than Sunday.
  • Being fully vaccinated (both shots completed at least 10 days prior to entering the event)
  • Positive Covid test results within 90 days (Feb 6th for Week 1) (Feb 13th for week 2)

Roster Composition for each team

Maximum of 12 athletes - non-negotiable 

Maximum of 2 rostered adults - non-negotiable 

  • Each adult must have certification to sit on the bench. 
    • USAV membership, Safe Sport training, Impact certified, and background checked.

These numbers are in place due to capacity restrictions determined by the state of Colorado. We’ve been told they are not likely to change before Crossroads starts.

Refunds

We issue team entry fee refunds only if:

  • We do not accept a team that paid an entry fee because we lack the space for them to play
  • We change the location or dates of the tournament after a team paid an entry fee (refund offer valid for a limited time only)
  • We are required by a state or local authority to reduce the number of teams (not the number of roster positions) in the tournament or to cancel the tournament completely after the team paid an entry fee

We are not responsible for travel fees or hotel fees.

Our emails, web pages, newsletters, and social media posts specifically say that state or local regulations may change at any time due to COVID regulations, without much notice to us.  This is beyond our control.  As long as we continue to provide a place for a registered team to physically play in the tournament, we do not issue refunds because of such changes. Team circumstances due to their own preferences are not grounds for a refund.

Pre-Event COVID Testing 

All team members (adults and players) and guests must provide printed proof of negative test for COVID (PCR or Rapid)

  • Pre-event test must be taken not earlier than the Sunday before
  • Results must be printed or uploaded - details will follow

Below are details about a testing company we partnered with that will do testing at no cost to you.

  • You must make arrangements with the company no later than April 23 to use their services
  • You may use any testing services you choose; using this company is not mandatory. If you want to use GreenMCMeds, please review the test company material carefully.
