EM2 Housing will cancel all existing reservations for divisions that are moving out of downtown Philadelphia to the new play location at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Guests will need to re-book their reservation at www.advancedeventsytems.com/hotels; all AES fees will be waived for new reservations. EM2 Housing will follow up with the hotel opening date and booking link later this week. Please do not contact EM2 Housing until further instructions are provided regarding hotel openings and strongly recommend utilizing the online booking system.
Please hold any questions about additional divisions or weekends of the NEQ until we provide further updates in coming days.
Ticketing for 2021
Ticketing for 2021 has changed. We STRONGLY suggest that you are familiar with the process for ticketing, which will open up at 10 am on Monday 3/22.
At that time you will be sent a code for each team that you will distribute to the parents. This code is good for one spectator registration per player on the roster. Once those codes are all used, no more tickets will be available.
Any parental questions regarding the codes and team ticketing that we receive will be directed to the club director.
Due to regulations by the city, there are limitations on how many and who can attend the event. These rules are as of today, and may change as city and county guidelines are changed. However, until the City or County changes these requirements, they will be in effect, and there will be no exceptions.
- Each team is allocated 1-2 spectator registrations per player on the team depending on the location they are playing. Spectator registration is only available as a 3-day pass.
- Each spectator ticket is assigned to one individual, and cannot be changed once it is issued. One parent may not use the ticket on one day and then transfer to another parent for another day. A valid photo ID must be presented upon entry.
- Seating will not be provided in the PA Convention Center. Spectators are allowed to bring their own folding chairs, which can only be placed in the designated areas around each court.
- Limited seating will be provided at the Oaks and York locations. Spectators are allowed to bring their own folding chairs, which can only be placed in the designated areas around each court.
