Top plays in January 2020 - Triple Block

Athletic Accomplishments

I have recently made the 2020 Ultra Ankle JVA Watch List for the second year as well as received my invitation to the AVCA Phenom Program for December 2020. I was able to attend this event last year (2019) in Pittsburgh, PA. I am also honored to have received an AAU Academic All American award this past year. In addition to these awards I was so excited to have my triple block posted on JVA top 5 plays for January 2020. My Triple Block play also entered me into the Best Play of 2020 Club Edition in which I made it to the Sweet 16 Bracket!

Other Accomplishments

I am currently  at Northwest Guilford High School.  I am a high Honors Student and got accepted into the Honor Society early. My GPA is currently a 4.45. I am currently taking AP classes and dual enrolled at a Community College. In my second year of German my teacher recommended me for the  National German Honors Society. I hope to add to this section more as I reach new goals and more scholastic achievements.

I love serving others and helping when I can. I currently help with the Northwest Guilford Backpack Ministry. I have helped with this ministry since I was six and my mom started the program. This organization helps feed children in local schools that need food over the weekend because they are at risk for hunger. Some of these kids in need go to my school so its important to me to help in any way I can. I have been volunteering in many different ways over the 10 years I've been a part of the ministry. The older I get the more responsibility they give me and I feel blessed to be able to do this. Prep Volleyball recently wrote an article on how my team and I helped out with this ministry in April. I also help with the local Good Samaritans food pantry to hand out food to families in need on the weekend. Another way I volunteer is at the Animal Human Society where I enjoy spending time with Dogs and cats and just giving them the love and attention they need. Next year I hope to be a counselor at Camp Care Free over the Summer. Camp Carefree provides a one week experience for children with chronic illnesses or who have family members with chronic illnesses to relax and have fun.
