Event Update( March 25, 2021)

Greensboro Coliseum

Below is information specific to the venue at which you are competing, the Greensboro Coliseum. Please communicate this information to your families.

Spectator Limitations
The Greensboro Coliseum is limiting us to 17 spectator tickets per team, 12 of which are considered spectators and 5 of which are considered chaperones

Ticket purchase link is live: https://crown-town-tournaments.ticketleap.com/2021-greensboro-aau-super-regional

Tickets will ONLY be sold online and in advance with no refunds

When your coach checks your team in, he/she will designate three of the spectators as “Chaperones” who will be considered “staff” for the event (this gives us a little bit more flexibility with regard to the number of people that can watch the event in person). Coaches will also pick up all wristbands for the weekend and distribute them to their teams. We will have different color wristbands for Saturday and Sunday, so if you need to trade off due to spectator limitations, you may do that.

Spectators need to leave the building when their kids are not competing. This is not negotiable. Please assist us in this so that we can have a great event. This is the Coliseum’s first event, so we are hopeful to make things go smoothly.

No outside seats are allowed.

NO large purses will be allowed, all parents need to have small bags/purses.

Concessions will be available on site.

Parking is $5, and located in lot E. Please proceed to the East Wing and enter there.

Check in is Friday Night from 6-9pm at the COLISEUM for ALL TEAMS. We will have rosters on hand for coaches to sign. There is no morning check-in. We will have a Saturday afternoon wave check-in at your playing site.

All players, spectators, and coaches are required to have a face covering on at all times. Players actively warming up and competing are not required to wear a face covering.

Please continue to check the schedule in the event of something changing.
