These are family-travel teams. Each family is committed to one room under the club block, and all families MUST reserve their rooms BEFORE the deadline

These are team-travel teams. We will book the rooms for players and coaches, and have some extra rooms for parents on the first-come, first-serve basis BEFORE the deadline.

New Team Check In Process 

This year, Mizuno Capitol Hill Volleyball Classic will be implementing a new system for both team check in and admission of coaches/players. Please read the following information carefully and contact the CHC staff if you have any questions.


  • Log in to your SportWrench account and finalize the verification of rosters and online check in process no later than noon on Wednesday, February 14th, 2018.
  • Once you have done so, you are done! No need to come into the building before the first day of play. There are no wristbands to pick up!
  • Each coach assigned as “primary” will be emailed a QR entry code for admission to the event after the virtual team check in deadline.
  • Maximum of 3 staff members can be marked as primary on the roster.
  • Only staff members marked as 'primary' will receive a QR entry code.
  • Doors to building will open at 7:00am for athletes and coaches.

  • Athletes and coaches will have a separate entrance line from spectators. 
  • Coaches need to coordinate an appropriate plan with their teams as parents will not be allowed to escort players through the athlete/coach entrance line.?
  • If young players wish to enter the building with their parents, they must do so in the spectator entrance line.
  • Players in full uniform will be allowed into the building without a QR entry code. 
  • Coaches will enter the building with a QR code (on phone or paper) that is sent to the email address entered in SportWrench. 
  • There will be no coaches credentials given this year - the QR code is your credential.
  • The Classic reserves the right to check the name on the bar code wth a picture ID.
  • RE-ENTRY - if coach leaves building and wishes to return after QR code is scanned, a picture ID matching the name on the QR code must be showed together with the QR code to re-enter.

COACHES!!  Please make sure that your email in SportWrench is correct and an email that you can access on site. You will not be allowed to enter without the QR sent to your email.
