Volleyball
Holly Springs High School Hawks Volleyball
- Awarded “All Conference” SWAC Conference for Holly Springs High School Hawks Varsity Volleyball Team 2018 season.
NC Academy 15 Diamond Volleyball
- Mentioned in Prep Volleyball for Capitol Hill Volleyball Classic 2018 Tournament, NC Academy 15 Diamond took 2nd Place in the 15 Open Division: https://prepvolleyball.com/articles/club-articles/club-features/d-c-tourney-grades-out-at-capitol-a/397371 D.C. Tourney Grades Out at Capitol "A" "The final quarterfinal pitted 7-0 Metro 15 Travel against NC Academy 15 Diamond, which was 5-2, though how it had twice been swept was befuddling to this observer. Middle blocker Kayla Burbage set the tone early for Academy with a big smack and withstood three straight aces from setter Zoe Huang to take the first. Metro won the second comfortably and led 8-5 in the third before Burbage, Sydney McCree and Ashleigh Nicoll inspired a comeback to tie at 12-12. Metro broke the tie with a Charlotte Rodgers scoring tip, but the team would score no more. Academy scored the final three points, on a Nicoll kills and two Metro miscues, to find its way to the final four."
